AIH is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of applicants’ personal information. Only the Assistance Liaison and those members of the board of AIH and those officers of AIH who need to have access to personal information to determine the appropriateness of a grant are authorized to review applicants’ personal information, and solely for that purpose. Persons who have access to personal information are required to maintain and protect the confidentiality of that information and must follow established procedures. We maintain procedural safeguards to protect applicants’ personal information. AIH uses service providers to host, and store submitted application data. We do not share information that is submitted to us with any other business or entity except for our service providers for the purposes of providing service, hosting, and storing the submitted data. We may also share information specifically requested by the applicant to do so.
