IMPORTANT UPDATE DECEMBER 2025:

AIH and City of Hope Cancer Center Chicago have formed a partnership to build on the mission of AIH and continue supporting patients through the Supportive Care Services department within City of Hope.

December 2025 – the last month to submit a grant application through AIH. You must have a qualifying appointment in Dec. and also qualify financially.

 Dec. 31, 2025 – The AIH grant program will close down

January 2026 – patients will have new opportunities to access support and resources through City of Hope.

AS OF JANUARY 1, 2026:

To see if you qualify for resources and assistance, please contact the City of Hope Chicago scheduling team at 800-458-1975 to set an appointment with the Social Work team to discuss assistance options.

Please note that this program is separate from AIH and offers different options of support and resources.
